The pastor, his wife, and the owner of the premises visited their lawyer’s office in Homagama at approximately 10:30 a.m. While there, an individual who was involved in the previous incident stood outside the office and shouted threats at the pastor in obscene language. The pastor’s lawyer then accompanied them to the Homagama Police Station at around 11:30 a.m. and lodged a complaint concerning the incident, numbered CIB (1) 318/285. Later, at approximately 02 p.m., they arrived at the Padukka Police Station as instructed by the OIC, however, the OIC was not present at the time. The pastor’s lawyer then contacted the OIC and demanded to know what action would be taken. The OIC then told the party that he would hold an inquiry on the 5th of May.
